Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Prime American Shop. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your orders, along with what to expect for domestic and international shipments. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer than usual. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, and to correct any errors in pricing or availability, as described in our Terms of Service.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We currently offer the following options:

Delivery time estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 for the tracking information to update after you receive it. If you have not received tracking information within 5 of placing your order, please contact us at support@primeamericanshop.com.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale or shipment of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, as described in our Terms of Service.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping charges. You, the customer, are responsible for paying any such fees.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, any return shipping costs or fees may be deducted from your refund.

European Union orders

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period described in our Refund Policy applies. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will do our best to keep you informed and to help resolve any issues with the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@primeamericanshop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household and neighbors, and review any safe or alternate delivery locations, then contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

For information about returning or exchanging an item, including eligibility, non-returnable items, and refund timing, please see our Refund Policy. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any item back, and approved returns should be sent to:
